Sync Instructions

Place both Airpods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet.

Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing amber.

Press and hold the setup button on the Airpod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white.

Open the case, and with your Airpods both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select connect, and tap done

If you have lost your AirPods Pro wireless charging case, you can purchase a replacement case from Apple or an authorized third-party seller. You must ensure you purchase the correct replacement case for your AirPods Pro, as there are different models with different charging case designs.

If your AirPods Pro case is charging, the LED indicator on the front of the case will show an amber light. Once the case is fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green.

The AirPods Pro wireless charging case takes about two hours to fully charge when using a wireless charging pad or a Lightning cable.

To ensure your AirPods Pro replacement case is authentic, purchase it directly from Apple or an authorized third-party reseller. You can also check the serial number on the Apple website or with Apple support to verify the authenticity of your replacement case.

To pair your new AirPods Pro wireless charging case replacement, open the lid and press and hold the button on the back until the LED indicator on the front starts flashing. Then, connect your AirPods Pro to your device as you normally would.
